Between What Was and What’s Next

Understanding Grief and Creating Your New Normal During and After Divorce

Divorce is more than a legal process — it is an emotional transition marked by grief, identity shifts, and profound change. In this two-hour virtual workshop, we will explore the layers of loss that accompany separation, normalize the emotional rollercoaster, and offer practical tools for emotional regulation and resilience.  As both a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a mother who navigated divorce when my children were young, Rachel brings both professional expertise and lived experience to this work.

This presentation is designed for women who are navigating divorce or contemplating separation and are seeking clarity, validation, and hope for what comes next.
