August 7th is now hosted by Rachel Livingston, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Thursday will be a thoughtful and supportive conversation about the emotional impact of separation and divorce on families.
 
With nearly 20 years of professional experience—and personal insight—Rachel helps individuals and families navigate the deep grief and loss that often accompany divorce. She also offers practical tools for finding hope, healing, and creating a new normal.
 
Whether you’re at the beginning, in the middle, or nearing the end of the divorce process, this conversation is for you. Rachel also works with divorcing parents to create thoughtful parenting plans that prioritize children’s well-being and long-term adjustment.
