Times of crisis often find us looking outside ourselves for saving, advice, answers, or a way back to feeling and looking normal again. And yet, what if the best thing a crisis does is cut us off from the belief that things can ever return to normal?
In this workshop, we'll explore what it means to move through change without rushing to fix, explain, or return to a version of yourself that no longer fits. Drawing on inspiration from Keri's new book, The Essential Ingredient: Remaking Ourselves in Times of Crisis, we'll begin to reconnect with the part of you that knows how to navigate this period, drawing on generations of wisdom around transformation and renewal.
Through meditation and reflection, we'll begin the alchemical process of turning inward, making space for greater clarity and a deeper trust in your own capacity to navigate what comes next.
Because if there's anything you can count on these days, it's you—the essential ingredient.
